WHO ARE WE?

At Dragon Alliance, our mission is to provide comprehensive waste management solutions that are tailored to each of our clients. Our approach to waste management is centered around sustainability and environmental responsibility, and our solutions are designed to reduce their impact on the planet.

Our focus is on reducing waste from landfills by recycling materials, recovering energy, and reusing resources. With a large network of recycling facilities, transfer stations and versatile solutions in the industry, our entire business are equipped to meet the needs of every distinct customer group.

Our processing capability has been assessed and certified by the Malaysian Department of Environment as 3,000 metric ton per month making us one of the largest waste management companies in Malaysia.

Operating sustainably is no longer a choice, it is essential. Making meaningful progress to address climate change takes bold, decisive action across all aspects of our operation, from our continuous research to how we engage with our supply chain. There is no time to waste and that is why we are investing in a whole institutional approach to protect the environments of our communities – both now and in the future

A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

Energy and greenhouse gas emissions

We have three main facilities in Bukit Panchur Industrial Park, which have a total combined area of 300,000 square feet where different types of waste are processed in separate facilities. We have completed the installation and activation of Solar Panels at one of our major engineering plastics waste recycling plant.

The solar panels are part of our broader sustainability strategy, which aims to transition to 100 percent renewable electricity across all our properties by 2031. This initiative also supports Malaysia's global target of protecting 30% of the world’s biodiversity by 2030.

Each year, our solar panels will reduce close to 668 tons of CO2 and generate almost 7,000,000 kWh of energy, equivalent to planting 913 trees.

CLIMATE CHANGE ACTION

In the waste management sector, we have a responsibility to reduce our environmental footprint.

As part of this responsibility, we have established a baseline, strategy, and roadmap development designed to decarbonize our business and safeguard operations against the impact of climate change.
